Crest Prescast Concrete of La Crescent installs posts that will support the fence around the Chinese Garden. Once the posts are in place, prefabricated concrete panels will be installed, connecting all posts with the except for the Moon Gate opening. Decorative wrought iron will be installed on top of the fence this fall, as well as “crown” pieces on top of the posts
